Recommended OBE Resources and Training CDs

This page contains links to many OBE resources including books and OBE training CDs which I've read and used and have found useful.

Here are links to the Monroe Institute's Gateway Experience. Each Wave package contains 3 CDs with two sessions on each CD. I chose to go through each session several times (a full month for one) until I felt that I'd gotten what I wanted from them. Each Wave is priced at $99.00. However, you can get a savings from buying several Waves at once.

There is a significant discount for purchasing the sets all together. Here’s a link for purchasing Waves II through VI. This is convenient if you’d like to sample the system by purchasing Wave I first.

The Monroe Institute also sells CDs designed for many other purposes.
